The Meeting HUB is a fantastic way to help the Executive Leadership Team of a chapter to create a professional looking presentation for the weekly meetings. The second is the ability to register your visitors so that their names are added to your script that you read as president, as well as it automatically creates a slide for your visitors so that when their weekly presentation time comes up in the meeting, you’ve got a nice professional slide with their contact info, which they seem to really appreciate.
The feature that we like the most is the randomization of the weekly presentation round. Just like when you’re in a room randomly sitting around a table, with the click of a button, you can randomize the order that your weekly presenters go in. Every week it’s a different order & flavor to the meeting, no one’s last every meeting, no one’s first. It’s really added to the atmosphere and increased the energy level.

Meeting HUB is an excellent tool for our BNI meeting every week to stay on time and run smoothly. It is easy to set up, and allows for agenda items to flow seamlessly. Different users are able to upload their own presentations as part of the meeting, and then use Meeting HUB to advance their presentation themselves. Using a tablet, other users are able to input their own tasks (registering visitors or taking attendance, as an example), while the meeting is being run.

As a BNI President that started their tenure 2 weeks after we went into lockdown in 2020 Meeting HUB was a lifeline. I was entering a space that BNI had never imagined we would be in before while starting a role I've never done before. I was nervous about providing the value that was expected and whether we could have a smooth transition into an online environment. Never did I imagine that it would go better than expected and that is due in large part to Meeting HUB. It allowed me to focus on my chapter members as I just had to follow the process that Meeting HUB gave me. As I stepped into the Executive Leadership Team mid tenure, I had very short and intense training. The part of the role that was the clearest and most easy to navigate, was the use of Meeting HUB. It was intuitive, easy to understand, and kept our large meetings (50 plus) on time and on schedule without missing any of the components. Within a few weeks, the question I was asking of the other chapters I support, is "why aren't you using Meeting HUB?" Within a week or two they all were and never looked back. Our chapter was introduced to this online meeting software that could assist us with running our meetings more efficiently. At that time we were a very new BNI Chapter and were using the power point slide deck which was some what cumbersome to manage on a week to week basis. With a technical background I was up for the challenge to give this system a short. Yes there were some small hurdles to maneuver in the beginning, but our meetings seemed to run a lot smoother just by using the Meeting HUB platform. The ease of use to setup in the morning and setup the meeting for the next week was very user friendly.
We now have been using this web based software for the past 3 years and I only see great things coming down the pipe. I would recommend this system to any chapter that would like to automate their meetings so they run smoother. Where to start?! Meeting HUB has so many fantastic features! Meeting HUB makes holding a BNI meeting in person or online a piece of cake. Our meetings are so much smoother now because Meeting HUB takes the agenda and all of its key elements and integrates them into one spot so there’s never any guesswork as to what needs to be done when and by whom. Some of the great features include reminders, attendance, presentations, speaker introductions, stats, and even an after-meeting summary newsletter.
